So I used Theresa new stamp set Out West again, this time for the sketch challenge on StampTV. I used copics to color the horse and then sponged a frame with creamy caramel, close to cocoa and chocolate chip. Next I mounted it on tempting turquoise and basic black. On the long strip I stamped the horse shoe with tempting turquoise on tempting turquoise. The large background is some leather paper and the card base is chocolate chip. Thank you for stopping by.
Copics:E13, E25, E33, E51
OOOh love it - I used the new set finally but for the color challenge - I didn't post it to my blog yet - just to Stamp TV. It was harder for me to color the horse than I thought - I need practice but you did a GREAT job! LOVE the color combo. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Love your coloring.
ReplyDeleteWow Brenda - your coloring is beautiful! Great card - great job!!! (Great illustrator-lol!)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job coloring this horse. I ordered some of the leather paper because I think it will be perfect for cards with this set. Love the brads you placed on this card too.
ReplyDeleteWoWzA, rockin' sponging skillz must run in your family, Brenda! This looks terrific!
ReplyDeleteI love the turquoise and all the browns ... this card looks good enough to eat!
