A card I made for two challenges. The first one is for StampTV is a color combo of white, black and red. The second challenge is for MOJO Monday's sketch. I love their sketches and haven't played in a long time. I used Theresa Momber's newest set Elegant Florals 2. I love the queen anne's lace and couldn't wait to use it. I hope you enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

CAS~Happy Father's Day
Hello, today I have a father's day card I made for a couple of challenges. As you can see I am still into red, white and blue. For this card I used the sail boat and sentiment from By The Sea 2 illustrated by Theresa Momber. This card (like many of my cards lately) came together fairly fast. I am entering it into CAS Fridays challenge, What A Catch which is a CAS Masculine card with a twist of not Kraft and to use some ribbon. This is where the red, white and blue came in handy. The red and white stripe is some very old Stampin Up ribbon. I added some small rope that I tied with a sailors knot. I am also entering this into Loves Rubbers Challenge, Clean and Simple. Got that one covered. Finally I am entering this card into The Mod Squad Challenge, In the Ocean or On the Sea.
Yep I think I have that one covered to.
Thank you for stopping by.

Thinking of You
Hello I have a card to share that I made for last weeks Mix It Up Monday at StampTV. The challenge was to have a knot on your project.
I used Theresa Momber's Vertical Greetings and Things from Gina K Designs. Orange is a hard color for me so I kept it simple. I just love the vertical greetings as it open up more options with your sentiments. The poppies are colored with copics. There are two knots one in the bow and the other one in the twine on the butterfly button.
I hope you have a wonderful week and thank you for stopping by.

Celebrate Your Day
Hello today I have a card to share with you I made for a couple of challenges. I don't get much time to play challenges these days so it is always fun when I do. Last week I got new Gina K Designs stamps and couldn't wait to play. Sadly I had to wait for the weekend to have the time.
Supplies:
Stamps: Signs of Spring~Gina K Designs
Card Stock: Pure Luxury~ Gina K Designs
Ink: Memento~tuxedo black, pistachio
Copics: B60, B63, BV13, YG61, YG63, YG67
Other: Spellbinders~Captivating Squares, Cuttlebug embossing folder~Swiss Dot
I used Signs Of Spring which is Theresa Momber's latest set. The crocus are colored with copics and I sponged the background with Memento inks (colors listed below). A month or so back I learned of a new challenge blog called Mod Squad. I have been hoping to play along ever since and so this card is for there current challenge, Thinking of Spring. The second challenge I created this card for is Cute Card Thursday. I have played their challenges a few times, it has been a long time though. Their challenge this week is Springtime. Two great challenges for this time of year as I am sure we are all ready for Spring.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful week.

StampTV CSS Alumni Inspiration Blog Hop
Hello it is time for another StampTV CSS Alumni Blog Hop. You should have arrived here from Betty's blog where I am sure she wowed you with her fabulous creation. If you get lost you can find a complete list at StampTV. For this hop Linda Payne has found this gorgeous photo for our inspiration.
Isn't that gorgeous??? I love the colors and texture. When I looked at this photo I saw a snow covered tree which is what I based my card on. Tell what do you see? Inquiring minds what to know, LOL.
Here is my card.
I used the fun tree and sentiment from Joyful Holiday. I started by sponging the background after I had masked off the snow covered ground. To use the wonderful colors from the photo I added rhinestones to the tree.
Make sure to leave a comment as you go along because we will choose a random comment and that stamper will win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! Look for the announcement on Tuesday, December 24.
Your next stop is Cheri's blog where I am sure you has something beautiful to show you.
I am sad to say this will be the last CSS Alumni blog hop. We all have enjoyed the hops for the last four years. Wow can you believe that. I am so very honored and humbled to have been part of this group of incredibly talented ladies. Each and everyone of them has inspired and motivated me to learn and practice to be a better stamper and papercrafter. All of us have cherished you stopping by our blogs to see our creations and to leaving comments. Thank you for the the bottom of my heart. I have read every comment left here and hold them dear to my heart. This has been a hard post to write as I am sad to see the hops coming to an end. Rest assured though that I will continue to create with my beloved Gina K Design stamps. I am sure that my fellow teamies will as well. Hey you never know we may just surprise you once in awhile with a hop. At least that would be my dream. I would like to thank Gina for selecting me so long ago to be part of this fabulous group, it has been a dream. Also thank you Carolina for organizing the hops every month.
Thank you for stopping by.

StampTV CSS Alumni October Blog Hop
Hello it is time for another StampTV CSS Alumni Blog Hop. It is time for another sketch challenge. You should have arrived here from from the
wonderful talented Cheri. If you get lost along the way you can find the complete blog hop list on StampTV. Here is the sketch.
Your last stop is the fabulously kreative Karen. Thank you for stopping by.

LET IT SNOW
Copics:B0000, B000, B21, B23, E21, E23, E27, N1, YR02, YR04
Isn't this a great sketch? I enjoyed it so much I made two cards. Here is the first one which I turn the sketch on it's side.
I used the bag and sentiment from Melanie Muenchinger's latest set Beyond Baskets 2. I paired it with the boy toys from Melanie's Basket Additions 3 set. I love these sets and they are so fun and versatile. I also love red and kraft together so this was a very easy card to come together. Now for my next card.
For this card I used Theresa Momber's latest set Let it Snow. Snowmen are one of my favorite things to work with. I created the background by embossing the snowflakes and then sponging with memento summer sky. On the snowflakes on the side I used sticky embossing powder and the added glitter. I just found the embossing powder at my LSS and it is fun to use and I can see myself using it often.
Make sure to leave a comment as you go along because we will choose a
random comment and that stamper will win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs
products! Look for the announcement on Tuesday, October 15.

StampTV CSS Alumni Color Combo Blog Hop
Hello it is time for another StampTV CSS Alumni Blog Hop. For the hop Cheri challenged us to use yellow, white, gray and one other color. Such a fun color challenge! You should have arrived here from from the wonderful talented Cheri. If you get lost along the way you can find the complete blog hop list on StampTV. Here is my card.
I used Up and Away illustrated by Theresa Momber. I have to say I love this set and it has been sitting on my craft table waiting so patiently for me to ink it up. I colored all three balloons and totally messed up on the large one so I decided to paper piece it and hide my boo boo. I then masked off the balloons and sponged in some clouds. I didn't want them to be really noticeable and in the process you can hardly see them. Well there you have it a card I messed up pretty bad and yet with some creative coverups it came out okay. I will also be entering this into Just Us Girls sketch challenge.
Make sure to leave a comment as you go along because we will choose a random comment and that stamper will win a grab bag of Gina K. Designs products! Look for the announcement on Tuesday, August 13.
Your last stop is the fabulously creative Betty. Thank you for stopping by.

You are Strong and Beautiful
Hello, I am here to with my card for The Outlawz Greeting Card challenge.
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month so this week our theme is Breast Cancer Awareness.
Sadly way too many people are effected by breast cancer each year and
many know someone effected by it. So we are challenging you to show us
your creations with a breast cancer awareness theme. Don't forget to
include a sentiment on the front.
Here is my card.
I used Hope and Strength from Gina K Designs. This is such a great set for this challenge. Now please excuse the fact that the sentiment is not straight. I had the card completed and when I was editing it I noticed it, oops. I hope you can play along this week and month as we have three great sponsors this month. Please check out the rest of the design team as they have way out done themselves this week.
My friend Linda Payne is hosting Friday's Free For All challenge over at StampTV. Linda's challenge is Flowers. I will be entering this card into Linda's challenge. You can check it out here. There is a chance to win some Gina K Design goodies.

Happy Holidays
Hello I hope you week is off to a good start. I have my design team card for this weeks Greeting Card Challenge at The Outlawz. The challenge this week is Blue Bird of Happiness, you must have a blue bird or the words happy or happiness on you card. I decided to use both a blue bird and the word happy.
I am also entering this into the Case The Designer on StampTV. This time the designer is Theresa Momber and you know I had to case her! Here is the card I cased. Bet you didn't think I would case a card that didn't have one of her stamps on it!! The things I changed are the colors, sentiment, designer paper, die shape, and I didn't do the fussy cutting like Theresa did on her card. I hope you can play along with us this week at The Outlawz Greeting Card. If you do you will be entered to win some fabulous digi images. Thank you stopping by.
