Love is in the Air

Today the challenge on SCS is to make a card with a frame. I don't have any frames so I made one with a stamp. I also made this for a challenge for Unity's Hip Hop to day, to use paper piercing. The stamp is from a set called Love in the Air from Unity. The card base is bashful blue, a mat of brilliant blue. the balloon is colored with copics, the background is sponged with bashful blue and just a touch of almost amethyst. Thank you for stopping by.
