Sail Boat

I am back with another card I made for multiple challenges.  I use a JustRite image that I stamped off from one of my mom's sets and colored with copics.  The first challenge is for JustRite called Glitter Magic.  I have a love hate relationship with glitter, I love the look but I end up with it everywhere and  it seems to show up in the strangest places over the next few days.  back to the card, I started by finding the DP from DCWV Citrus pack, it is cool and doesn't show in the photo too well but it has a glittery stripe in it.  Next I applied glue and glitter to the turquoise mat.  The second challenge is for Mojo Monday's sketch this week.  The next challenge is for Stampin' B's  to use a charm, it is kind of dark but there is a cute little sailboat charm hanging from the bow.  Finally one more for Speedy the Cat's challenge of five of something, I have five layers and five embellishments.  Thank you for stopping by.

  3. lol...love your glitter tale! I'm still finding glitter from when DD was Homecoming Queen in 1999! It never goes away! Great card, Brenda! The sailboat is beautiful, and your choice of DP with the embossing is perfect!

  4. LOVE the colors and your coloring. Very pretty card. Great job on the glitter, I know exactly what you mean about finding it days later... ugh! But it certainly makes a very beautiful frame.
