I had the idea for this card a few days ago as I was drifting off to sleep and finally had time today to make it. It is for the sketch challenge over on
CPS and for Gina's Inspire challenge on
StampTV. I used one of my all time favorite stamps set from
Gina k Designs A Year of Flowers. I started off by making the floral arrangment and then cutting it out. For the pink background piece I tried a new to me technique called Mother of Pearl.
Beate had a video a few days ago on how to do it and I was wanting to try it. I wish you could see it better in the photo, but it was very difficult to photograph. Thank you for stopping by.
